Had a fab time! The staff were super friendly, shouts out to Dunia and Mohamed for making us feel at home. The place was spotless, like seriously clean. the location is perfect, right in the craze of the city. Only thing was the dining options felt a bit limited at times.

I loved the enormous bathroom with plenty of space, and the incredible blackout panels that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The quick response for additional requests was impressive!

the staff were sooo friendly n helpful at the reception. we got upgraded to a small apartment which was nice, had a lil kitchen n free biscuits which were amazin! the room was comfy n quiet, great for relaxing after a long day out. location is perfect, near hyde park and marble arch. overall, had a great stay with my teens!

only issues were that there was no hairdryer in the room at first but they brought it quick, n the internet was a bit weak.

the thistle was a great choice! the location was fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to the tube, making it easy to explore. my deluxe king room was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. i especially appreciated the amazing staff, particularly sarah, who was exceptionally kind and helpful.
